AI Disclaimer

Elevata uses AI to generate facade visualisations. This page sets out exactly what those outputs are, and what they are not, so you can use them safely.

01

Style references, not drawings

Every concept, board, palette, reveal and plan is an AI-generated style-reference visualisation. It is not an engineering drawing, not a construction or fabrication drawing, and not a guarantee that a finished building will look the same. Real results vary with materials, light, the existing structure and workmanship, and exact sizes and quantities must come from on-site measurement and professional assessment.

02

Not structural, safety or planning advice

Outputs do not constitute structural, load-bearing, glazing-safety, fire-cladding, building-regulations, planning-permission or listed-building advice, and are not legal, financial or insurance advice. Do not rely on a concept to decide whether a change is safe, compliant or permitted.

03

Use qualified professionals

  • Structural changes — a chartered structural engineer must design and sign off the work.
  • Windows, glazing and cladding — a registered glazier or qualified installer must specify and fit them, meeting current building regulations and fire-safety requirements.
  • Approvals — confirm building control and planning requirements with your local authority; historic or protected buildings may need listed-building consent.
04

We do not carry out work

Elevata is an online-only digital service that sells no physical goods and ships nothing. We do not carry out, arrange, supervise, inspect, certify or match any construction, glazing, cladding or installation work, and we do not provide emergency or repair services.

05

AI limitations

AI systems can produce inaccurate, inconsistent or unexpected results. Review every output critically, regenerate if needed, and always confirm anything important with a qualified professional before spending money or committing to work.
