Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Elevata, operated by ARCHITECTURAL FACADES MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS LTD, handles personal data when you use our online facade visualisation software, including the text you enter, any photos you upload and the concepts we generate.
Last updated 14 July 2026 · Governing law England and Wales
Who is responsible
The data controller is ARCHITECTURAL FACADES MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS LTD ("Elevata", "we", "us"), registered office 85 Hood Street, Clydebank, Dunbartonshire, G81 2LU, United Kingdom. For any privacy question, contact support@arcfacmairep.shop or +44 7824257073.
Elevata is online-only software. We do not carry out building work and we do not collect data for construction, surveying or installation purposes.
What we collect
- —Account data — name, email address and authentication details when you create an account or subscribe.
- —Studio inputs — the building descriptions, brief selections and free-text notes you enter into the studio.
- —Uploaded images — any building frontage photos you choose to upload as a reference for a concept.
- —Generated outputs — the facade concepts, boards, palettes and plan files produced for you.
- —Billing data — subscription plan, billing country and invoice records. Card details are handled by our payment processor, not by us.
- —Support data — messages you send through the contact form, email or phone.
- —Technical data — IP address, device and browser type, and basic usage events needed to run and secure the service.
How we collect it
We collect data directly from you when you register, subscribe, use the studio, upload a photo or contact support, and automatically through cookies and server logs when you use the site. We do not buy personal data from third parties.
Why we use it and legal bases
- —To provide the service (generate concepts, run your subscription) — performance of a contract.
- —To take payment and prevent fraud — contract and legitimate interests.
- —To provide support and reply to you — contract and legitimate interests.
- —To secure, maintain and improve the service — legitimate interests.
- —Non-essential cookies and analytics — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- —To meet legal, tax and accounting duties — legal obligation.
Payment processing boundary
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider using their own secure checkout. We never see or store your full card number, CVC or full bank details; the provider handles that data as an independent controller under their own terms and PCI-DSS obligations. We receive only limited confirmation and billing information (such as plan, status, billing country and the last digits of a card) needed to manage your subscription.
Your inputs, uploads and generated results
User input (the building descriptions, brief selections and free-text notes you type into the studio), uploaded files (reference photos you choose to add) and the AI-generated results (concepts, boards, palettes, reveal previews and plan files) are processed only to run the AI generation, produce and deliver your outputs, and let you access your own history. Your user input and any uploaded example data are sent to our AI generation provider solely to create your outputs.
Uploaded reference photos and generated results are cached for up to 30 days and then deleted from active storage, unless you delete them sooner or a longer period is required to resolve a billing dispute or meet a legal duty. You can delete your uploads and generated results at any time from your account or by emailing us.
We do not use your user input, uploaded files or generated results to train AI models. Elevata is an online-only digital service and sells no physical goods, so we do not collect delivery or shipping addresses. Please do not upload photos of other people's property without their consent, and do not upload sensitive personal information — the studio does not need it.
International transfers
Some processors may store or process data outside the UK or EEA. Where they do, we rely on adequacy decisions or on standard contractual clauses (and the UK addendum) to keep your data protected to UK and EU standards.
How long we keep it
- —Account data — for as long as your account is active, then deleted or anonymised.
- —Uploaded photos and generated results — up to 30 days in active storage unless deleted sooner.
- —Billing and tax records — up to 7 years to meet accounting and tax obligations.
- —Support messages — up to 24 months.
How we protect it
We use encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege administration and reputable infrastructure providers. No online service can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we take reasonable and appropriate measures and review them regularly.
Your rights (UK GDPR, EU GDPR, CCPA)
Under UK and EU GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Under the CCPA, California residents can request access to and deletion of personal information and can opt out of any sale or sharing.
To exercise any right, email support@arcfacmairep.shop. We respond within the time limits set by the applicable law (generally one month under GDPR, 45 days under CCPA).
Do Not Sell or Share
We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not exchange it for money. You do not need to do anything to opt out of a sale because no sale takes place; you can still email us to confirm your preferences.
Automated decisions and children
The studio generates visual concepts automatically from your brief, but this does not produce legal or similarly significant effects about you, and a person is always free to accept, edit or ignore any output.
Elevata is not for children. The service must not be used by anyone under 13, and users aged 13–17 must have verifiable consent from a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13; if you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
Complaints and contact
You can contact us any time at support@arcfacmairep.shop. If you are in the UK you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); in the EU, to your local supervisory authority. This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
