Content License

You keep all ownership of the building photos and text you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that material solely to generate and deliver your outputs and to provide the service to you.

We do not use your uploads, prompts or generated results to train AI models. Uploaded photos and generated results are cached for up to 30 days and then removed from active storage, unless you delete them sooner.

• —Subject to your plan being in good standing, you may use the concepts you generate for personal planning, obtaining quotes, and communicating with contractors, landlords, family or partners.
• —Portfolio subscribers may also use branded exports (with their own logo) for their own properties and business use.
• —You may not resell the raw generation service as if it were your own, or claim outputs are as-built or surveyed drawings.

We own the Elevata software, interface, models, sample gallery images and brand. Nothing here transfers those rights to you. Sample images shown on this site depict generic, anonymous buildings.

You are responsible for ensuring your uploads and any branding you add to signage zones do not infringe anyone else's rights. Do not upload third-party logos, trademarks or protected designs.
