Refund & Cancellation Policy
Elevata is a pure digital subscription. This policy explains how to cancel, what happens to your access and when refunds apply.

Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from the customer portal or by emailing support@arcfacmairep.shop. When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period. Monthly building allowances do not roll over and unused allowance is not refundable.
Refunds
- —Because outputs are delivered instantly, subscription fees for a period that has already started are generally non-refundable.
- —If you were charged in error, double-charged, or charged after a confirmed cancellation, contact us and we will investigate and refund a verified incorrect charge.
- —If a technical fault on our side stopped you generating outputs for a material part of a billing period, contact us and we will offer a fair credit or partial refund.
If you are not happy with a concept
Concepts are style references and results vary with your brief. If an output is not what you expected, adjust the brief (style, colour, zones) and regenerate — that is included in your plan. Reach out to support and we will help you get a better result before considering a refund.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Refunds are issued in USD.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects any non-waivable statutory rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you. This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
